Rebecca Simmons

This retreat wasn’t about “doing” a lot—it was about slowing down, and I think that’s exactly why it worked. The combination of Taiji, meditation, and simply walking through the forest felt incredibly grounding. I hadn’t realized how much I needed a few quiet days until I got here. Estella created such a welcoming atmosphere without ever making the experience feel formal.

Kenji Nakamura

I’ve read about Daoist philosophy ☯️for years, but practicing it, even briefly, gave those ideas a completely different meaning.

Isabella Costa

Honestly, I was a little nervous that the retreat might feel too intense. It didn’t at all. Everyone was encouraged to go at their own pace, and there was plenty of quiet time between activities. I left feeling refreshed instead of exhausted.
